We were eating dinner the other night, well as a matter of fact we were eating soup (for the second time this week) & I guess the kids noticed. All of the kids made comments about it being "gross" etc..why aren't we eating something yummy?
I hate broccoli,why can't we have real food..on and on........
Until Kyle firmly stated "KIDS WE ARE GOING ON A BUDGET!"
Kylie's response was ... " Uhhhhh...Where are we going?"
After I finally stopped laughing it was clear to me that this was uncharted territory for our kids.
P.S.
I will have to let you know how our "trip" goes.

I love how oblivious and innocent kids are. They have no clue about budgets and bills. I miss that. Such a cute story.
